jul-sept writing plans!

i like making these even though i always overestimate how much i can write in 3 months. i usually put these in my writing journal but i feel like i can post a summarized version on dw to be Perceived,, and maybe it’ll help me stick to this ? im gonna try to dial it back a little bc i know i start college again in august so yeah ! hopefully i can do most of this ?

july 

> untitled - nohyuck soccer fic: i started writing this last week and have almost all of it plotted out ! it was meant to be like 20k but i dont have it in me to write that much depressing jeno inner monologue so i think it should end up being 12-15k when done! i really wanna get it all written this month so im crossing my fingers.

> of all the scales - markhyuck merfolk fic: this is finally all done but i need to edit and start posting! hoping i can edit all 125k of this fic this month and post at least 1 chapter ?

august

> im sure i’ll only really achieve one of the goals from july: either finish nohyuck soccer or edit all of oats, so in august i wanna finish whichever one i don’t get done in july <3 i also move back to campus and start college so i dont wanna start anything new right away while i adjust and get back into the groove of things !

september

> i have 2 fic ideas that im feeling equally enthusiastic about writing, so i just wanna start one of them. both of them are supposed to be chaptered (?) or over 20k so i dont think i’ll finish either one this month.

> espionage - bbangnyukyu assassins fic: um i kinda only have vibes and no plot for this one rn. i have thoughts but nothing concrete but i do wanna write this one ! it’s loosely inspired by juhwallnyu’s storyline in boy mv, but it’s actually nothing like the concept in the mv lol. i have 2 diff directions this fic could go in and i just need to pick one and expand on it.

> untitled - yeonbin royal au: i have more plot figured out for this fic than espionage, but idk if i wanna write this as a yeonbin fic anymore lol. it was inspired by minisode concept pics, so it would feel weird switching the ship, but im really not a moa anymore and dont feel That inspired to write yeonbin ? idk. i havent thought about alternate ships yet but idk if i do switch the ship it’ll probably be to a tbz ship. 

overall

honestly my main goals are to finish nohyuck soccer and edit oats. or those are the pressing goals i have rn. this will definitely be a less productive writing quarter, but that’s to be expected so im not going to be upset about it or anything. something weird ive noticed is that during these past few months, ive sprinted a lot less ? bc i was actually motivated to write. maybe its just bc i Loved writing  hunhee. anyway i sprint a lot more during the school year so im excited for that… sprinting just makes me so productive, even if the writing that results isnt the best.
